It's absolutely phenomenal! Have been using it for trips with my boy. My husband also approves 💚We have been using it a lot lot haha but it's reaally the best 💕💕And now you're sharing the other colors, I'm contemplating if I need another one in a color that I like, but I'm having a hard time deciding because having that one green chapter is really all I need. It's so adequate! All you really need is one bag, and it took care of everything 😅

So easy to shop :) since I'm overseas, it took around 7 days to get the item delivered. Plus Faustina is always on top of things.

I initially bought the Passage to be my mommy bag when I'm out with my son, but today, I brought it to work and am loving it so far!

The Passage Bag as a Work Bag:

Function-wise, the split section design gives off two different bags. I used the bottom compartment to carry my womanly things (haha) makeup and whatnot, while I use the top compartment to keep things that I need easy access to like my wallet, perfume, notebooks, etc. No more lippie accidentally smudging my work stuff.

In a way, the segregation helped me classify the things I need the most and the optional things I don't need but want to bring. Neat!

And since I am using it for work, I also tested if I can fit an A4-sized envelope by converting it to one compartment, and it did, but it's better to leave the zips open for this.

Speaking of the zipper, I like the drawstring feature of the bag. It keeps the spaces at the edges of the zipper cinched for a more organized look.

But, in my opinion, the best part of the bag has got to be the back compartment. Because it perfectly fits my Kobo Libra Colour (and obviously, my Kindle Paperwhite)! Now I don't have to bring a separate pouch for my e-book reader. Since the bag is padded and properly lined, it is protected and secure. *Chef's Kiss*

All in all, I loved using the Passage as a work bag :) It might not be the most corporate looking, but it is beautifully functional and gets the job done!

Easy process

So happy with my purchase! I only regret not buying it sooner.

The material is really smooth and nice, and very easy to clean if stained. There are so many compartments that I can't even use all of them. It fits an insane amount of stuff, I could fit cartons of milk, my laptop, my Nintendo Switch, notebooks, etc, all at once. Even when filled to the brim, the backpack doesn't look fat or chunky. I thought I would rotate this with my other backpacks, but don't think I will be using any of my other backpacks from now on.

The Chapter is so thoughtfully designed by someone who clearly knows what people need! The owner is also incredibly kind and thoughtful, going the extra mile for her customers always.

Wow this bag is truly one of a kind. When I first saw it during the launch, I had to buy it! And im so glad I did! It is really the most well thought out bag for moms, travellers and anyone who needs to pack quite a bit of things.

I took more than 20mins exploring every single pocket, compartment, zip.. and there were so many features I didnt even know i needed.

I especially loved how there is a laptop compartment thats in a separate compartment from the main compartment. It was so handy as I could seperate the half eaten kids snacks (which tends to have crumbs or is sticky) from the laptop & chargers 🤩!! I cant wait for more styles to launch! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

I’ve bought a lot of diaper bags and unfortunately felt like I wasted my money on most of them – none of them met my needs, whether in terms of capacity, organisation, quality or aesthetics… I was starting to think the problem was me for expecting too much, until I discovered Fennec Folk. It’s like the designer looked directly into my head and created my dream mom bag – except BETTER.

The Chapter backpack is truly incredible!!!! The 19 (19!!!!) compartments are all super useful, and the option to separate or merge with the insulated bottom compartment is so clever. I love everything about this bag, but my favourite features are 1) it’s capacious. I’m an overpacker and this can handle it – plus the cushioned straps help with the feel of the weight. 2) the spacious insulated compartment at the bottom isn’t obviously insulated (not shiny foil) and the fabric is water resistant. My kid’s bottle accidentally opened and the bag stayed dry while the puddle was sloshing around in there. 3) the storage solutions are modular. Special shout-out to the detachable wet wipe bag! Super spacious too, I can store a diaper and an EpiPen for grab and go situations. 4) the colour is ADORABLE.

The small pocket on the shoulder strap is incredibly thoughtful too – it can fit most phones as it can expand. The laptop compartment is super handy as well – the cushioning protects tech, and the pockets inside that pocket are great for organising other things like kids’ books of different sizes and small toys and trinkets.

I bought this backpack for outings with my kid, but honestly I can see myself bringing this to the office on long days, with packed meals in the bottom compartment. My only complaint is that the straps are a bit too long for me even on the shortest setting (I am short) and the adjuster tends to slip after a while. But overall, I’m very, very happy with this bag and think it’s a game changer for any parent like me who wants to be prepared for every scenario, and appreciates functionality as much as fun.

Absolutely love this bag! It’s incredibly spacious, sturdy, comfortable to carry, and surprisingly lightweight. The compartments are so thoughtfully designed — everything has its own place. When I first opened the parcel, I honestly thought the bag looked a little small, but once I started packing, I was amazed at how much it could actually hold.

I had more than enough room even after putting in all the essentials I usually bring out for my toddler — the entire top segment was still empty! I really love the two-tier design; after filling up the bottom compartment, there was still plenty of space above for extra items. Super practical and perfect for mum life.

One of my favourite features is the pocket on the strap. It fits my iPhone Pro Max or even my car key comfortably. Such a small detail, but it makes a huge difference when I’m out alone with my son. No more flipping the whole bag over or digging around for my key — especially when he wants to be carried and I only have one free hand!

The colorway is gorgeous too. Even though I have a boy, I still chose this because it’s just too pretty to resist. This has officially become my favourite bag — functional, stylish, and a total game-changer for everyday outings.

The bag is perfectly sized for daily use. The design is lovely with beautiful pastel tones and goes well with my everyday wear even though it's not a neutral colour. I like that it's spacious with many compartments to keep my things organised. It seemed smaller at first but I am surprised by how many things I can put inside. Full sized water bottle and foldable unbrella, no problem!

The best part is the puffy straps are super comfortable and it did not feel heavy at all even when it was filled. I always felt strain on my shoulders when I carry a full bag so this pleasantly surprised me. I am in love with this bag!
